What is RUNTIME?

The internet has always had a scarce resource: first storage, then bandwidth, then attention. Now it is compute — because a model no longer just displays information, it gets work done.

RUNTIME ($RUN) routes trading fees into a reserve that owes work, and only work — never dollars. Holders receive weekly usage credits out of incoming flows. Burning irrevocably yields a quantified claim to work. That is the entire mechanism.
